Housed in a purpose-built distillery, we can highly recommend the tours and tastings on offer. It also offers a selection of off-site meeting rooms, from small board rooms to dinner venues for 140 guests, and is only a few minutes from the hotel. You can learn about the history of whiskey production in Ireland and the methods in use at the distillery and enjoy guided tastings of their single malts, vintage collections, and limited editions.
