当会場について

Hotel Milano, one of the oldest buildings in the historical center of Salice, is proud of its long past. Although it is difficult to establish the exact date of construction, we know that there was a building on this site as far back as 1727. We have well equipped 42 rooms total, 20 Superior rooms – 19 Standard – 1 Suite – 2 Family Apartments. We have a diverse room choice available for our clients. Our restaurant can seat 120 people for restaurant service or be divided into two or four rooms for smaller events. The hotel also has two conference rooms for small or large meetings and seminars.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
