At Sky Island Studios, we pride ourselves on providing quality services to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible at our luxury accommodation. We have four fantastic cottages with unique themes that are sure to meet your individual needs and tastes. With panoramic views of the Gold Coast hinterland and city line as your back drop, Sky Island Studios provides a truly perfect place for your special day. One of Tamborine Mountain’s best wedding venues, our charming facilities will ensure you and your guests have a truly memorable experience, for all the right reasons. Mount Tamborine is not just a perfect place for accommodation. Sky Island Studios is the perfect venue for your next function Imagine your guests enjoying your hospitality before a backdrop of Gold Coast city lights and the shimmering moon over the ocean or during the day, the rolling hills and refreshing ocean beyond. Come and meet with our chef and we’ll compile a menu to suit your needs. We cater for up to 45 guests for a sit down meal and around 60 guests for a more casual style.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
