Where possible waste products are reused, such as wooden wine crates into shelves, textiles into cleaning cloths, and kitchen oil into candles. Our waste management splits into 16 categories, from Food Waste, Coffee Grounds, Batteries, Lightbulbs, Textiles & more. Today we average an 80% waste diversion rate (or call it recycling rate), reaping both Environmental & Financial benefits.
