Our business consists of mostly leisure transit guests The only industry in Key West is tourism while there are also a number of Navy and Coast Guard installations so most business travel is of the per diem nature. The suites are very popular with incentive group as they all have a gourmet kitchen with sub zero refrigerator freezer, living room, dining room, balcony and much more..

The three bedroom suites have three bedrooms and three bathrooms This hotel does not have double/double rooms. Rates are based per room not single or double occupancy.

The 93 standard rooms have one king bed NO DOUBLE DOUBLE in this hotel. All rooms have complimentary in room coffee and tea pots. The air service into Key West has improved with the addition of a number of non stop cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, DFW, DCA, Houston LGA, Nashville Newark, Philly and Miami which has made Key West more affordable to travel to.
