From Mons/Bergen or Tournai/Doornik:
Take the motorway E42/E19 toward Brussels. Follow the ring R0 in the direction of Namur/Namen - Zaventem. Take the Hoeillaart - Boisfort-Genval exit. Then take the first road on your right at the traffic light toward Genval. Follow this road for about 3 km (2 miles) until you reach the entrance to Dolce La Hulpe Brussels hotel on the right.
From Charleroi:
Take the motorway A54 toward Brussels. Follow the ring R0 in the direction of Namur/Namen - Zaventem. Take the Hoeillaart - Boisfort-Genval exit. Take the first road on your right at the traffic light toward Genval. Follow this road for about 3 km (2 miles) until you reach the entrance to Dolce La Hulpe Brussels hotel on the right.
From Namen/Namur:
Take the motorway E411 toward Brussels. Follow Exit 3 Overijse/Terhulpen. Turn left and drive straight on at the roundabout at the La Hulpe train station. Cross the shopping street and continue straight on at the next roundabout. When you get to the first traffic lights, turn right direction Bruxelles ring RO. Drive past the entrance to "Chateau de La Hulpe" (on the left). The entrance to Dolce La Hulpe Brussels hotel is on the left.
From Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Ostend:
Drive toward the Brussels ring R0 and follow in the direction of Namen/Namur. Keep following the ring R0 and drive straight on (via the tunnel under the crossing where R0 crosses the motorway toward Namur - Luxembourg). Follow for about 6 km (4 miles) and take the Genval - Hoeilaart-Brussels exit. Cross the first traffic light and turn left toward Genval/La Hulpe at the second light. Follow this road for about 3 km (2 miles) until you reach the entrance to Dolce La Hulpe Brussels hotel on the right.

Château de La Hulpe, a vast castle in the styles of Louis XII and François I, was built by the Marquis of Béthune in around 1840. At the end of the 19th century, Ernest Solvay, a wealthy industrialist, acquired the property, which now belongs to Wallonia. Only the grounds, not the castle itself, are accessible to the public. Classified as an "Exceptional Heritage Site in Wallonia", the grounds consist of a pretty landscaped park with beds of rhododendrons and azaleas and the remarkable trees of the Soignes Forest making it an ideal place for gentle strolls and quiet relaxation.

The Folon Foundation opened on the 28th of October, 2000 at the initiative of Jean-Michel Folon. It is located in the farm of the castle of La Hulpe, right in the middle of the Solvay Park, which is owned by the Walloon Region.
The famous Belgian artist Jean-Michel Folon put more than five hundred works just twenty minutes outside of Brussels, in the farm of the castle of La Hulpe. This charming and characteristic building in the middle of the marvellous Solvay Park is home to more than forty years of creation.
