当会場について

Hotel Locanda l'Elisa is a 5 star hotel set in an elegant 1800’s Villa in Lucca, Tuscany, only a five-minute drive from the historic center of Lucca. The hotel was thought out to fully enjoy the lovely, small privileges of countryside living. Its surrounding has been completely transformed into a garden full of shrubs, flowers, water plants; a small babbling brook crosses the garden which is enriched by a pool of irregular shape that blends perfectly with the landscape. The hotel is composed of ten rooms providing the guests a cozy and private setting. The rooms are elegantly furnished with 1800’s pieces; fabric and carpet style was taken from cartoons of that time; woodwork and fixtures were inspired from artwork found on site and made by artisans of great value. On the end of the pool, is built a small wooden gazebo, a meeting place for cocktails, reading and rest. At the "Gazebo" Restaurant, one can enjoy a top-quality cuisine that comes from new combinations of old flavors and traditional dishes of Tuscany cuisine. The restaurant offers space for receptions & banquets.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
