Every space at MECC Maastricht can be tailored to your specific needs. With flexible layouts, each room is perfectly adapted to any event. The venue is ideal for hosting conferences, trade fairs, events, and meetings. The possibilities are ‘beyond boundaries.’ Meeting Rooms: All 55 brand-new meeting rooms are fully equipped and offer multifunctional options for effective meetings. Our rooms are flexible in layout and setup, accommodating both small and large groups. The location is easily accessible and offers great parking facilities. To facilitate effective meetings, you can choose from three meeting packages based on the number of participants. MECC Maastricht offers meeting facilities for up to 12 people, 13 to 50 people, and 51 to 450 people. Food and Drinks: The restaurant 'Bar Bistro SAAM' is located in the conference center on Forum Square, at the heart of the Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus. It’s a place where knowledge can be shared and where social interaction between the various institutions and businesses in the area can take place. Additionally, SAAM has two beautiful spaces suitable for smaller events and meetings. The event space in the restaurant is ideal for informal gatherings such as drinks and receptions, with the option to extend the space to include the outdoor terrace. The private dining area is perfect for meetings and dinners for up to 12 people. MECC Maastricht collaborates with a specialized hospitality partner. This partnership allows MECC to offer organizers and visitors a wide range of high-quality products, including regional specialties and innovative food concepts with a broad selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Events and Parties: From intimate events to large gatherings, MECC Maastricht can accommodate it all. The venue offers various flexible spaces suitable for organizing (gala) dinners, staff parties, product presentations, receptions, year-end parties, and more. Additionally, MECC Maastricht offers 55 breakout/meeting rooms and 10 different types of halls for hosting events, including two auditoriums with a capacity of 1,700 people, a multifunctional expo foyer of 2,500 m2, and over 30,000 m2 of exhibition space. Sustainability: MECC Maastricht holds the Green Key Label Gold and implements a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy that covers economic, environmental, and social aspects. MECC has also developed a CSR declaration. Business decisions are made with the interests of the city and region in mind. Accessibility and Parking: If you are traveling by car, you will see ‘MECC’ indicated on ANWB signs as you approach Maastricht, guiding you to the MECC Maastricht parking areas. From Amsterdam-Eindhoven, take exit 55 (Randwyck-MECC), and from Paris-Liège, take exit 56 (Gronsveld-MECC). MECC Maastricht has 11 parking lots within walking distance. The venue also offers a total of 13 charging stations for guests and visitors, located at P4. Additionally, there are several public charging points around the building. If you are using public transport, a bus stops at the door every 5 minutes. The Maastricht-Randwyck train station is located 250 meters from the venue.
