Licensee agrees that the Event will not be canceled by Licensee for any reason other than in accordance with Section 17 due to an uncured breach by Licensor. Except as otherwise provided herein, a cancellation of the Event by Licensee will result in Licensee’s breach of this Agreement and Section 17 shall apply.
