6PM 6 PM - Until (90) days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, the whole, or part thereof, of the reservation may be cancelled without a cancellation fee being charged. - Between (89) and (60) days prior to the first scheduled arrival date, 10% of the number of rooms per night may be cancelled without cancellation fee. Any additional cancellations will be charged, based on the contracted room rates. Yes, Re-usable water bottles, plastic straws and stirrers replaced with eco-friendly alternatives offered on request by 2021. Working to replace branded plastic pens with pencils or recyclable pens. Giveaway sweets are wrapped in wood-based foil wrappers
