当会場について

Hotel Urbano V is located in Montefiascone a little town of the ancient Tuscia, facing Bolsena lake. It is placed in a land which was the cradle of the Etruscans and immersed in a landscape of fortresses, castles and stunning medieval historical centres, with a great variety of itineraries. Completely restored in June 2002, it is one of the most ancient palaces in town, where noble families and popes lived since XIV century. The hotel provides 22 rooms which are elegantly furnished in classic style with period furniture found in the palace itself with all comforts and equipped either for leisure or business travelers. The hotel provides a conference room for up to 60 delegates with modern facilities.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
