Exclusive and unique in its genre, the 4-star-Hotel La Vecchia Fonte in Palau with architectural lines of ancient taste, opens itself into the hall that recalls a typical seafaring setting with old maps of isolated islands and hand-decorated doors that pretend to be small portholes overlooking the starry sky. Placed on three floors, provided with a lift, our rooms complete with perfect soundproofing and the pure harmony between the antiquity of the furnishings and the modernity of all comforts, are meant to satisfy everyone's taste. The café and breakfast bar, which is situated on the ground floor and next to the hall, is a refined place where to listen to piano bar music in a refreshment room intended for relaxing and meeting. The Hotel has a meeting room of 94 sq mt of an capacity of max 40 persons.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
