Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

Saracen Sands Hotel & Congress Center - a few km from Palermo city centre and airport,, has a large Congress Center, which hosts up to 1000 people; it's composed by Sala Vittoria (800 delegates) and Sala Le Isole (modular in 3 smaller rooms, up to 250 seats). Multifunctional hall Les Arcades (up to 800 people) equipped with Sala Manfredi (up to 250 people) create a single space of over 2000 square meters overlooking a sea-view terrace (3000 sqm). The Resort proposes a delicious dining with showcooking. The meeting division also offers "Sala Federico" (capacity up to 80 people) and the scenic theatre Music Hall (capacity up to 1400 people) with a wide stage, which can host entertainment events.
