The Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (SPICE) formerly known as the Penang International Sports of Arena (PISA) is located just across the road from the hotel. Other facilities include a business centre, relaxing outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness centre. Olive Tree Hotel lies just across the road from The Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre (SPICE) formerly known as the Penang International Sports of Arena (PISA).
