The 4.5 star International Pagoda Resort and Spa, is situated in the heart of the vibrant city of South Perth with easy access to shopping, dining, recreational and leisure facilities. Just ten minutes from the Central Business District of Perth, the Pagoda Resort and Spa provides the perfect place to stay for leisure or business travelers. With a selection of unique conference facilities and a team of specialist coordinators, Pagoda Resort & Spa is ideal for a large variety of business events. With the latest in audio visual technology including motorized drop down projection screens, lectern, flip-chart and whiteboards our state of the art facilities are perfect for meetings, presentations, exhibitions, receptions and product launches. Catering for up to 250 delegates, the Hotel offers attractive day delegate packages tailored specifically to suit each event. Featuring 101 daily serviced guest rooms, suites plus self-contained one or two bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. All rooms have spa baths (aside from 3 Accessible Rooms). Pagoda Suites and apartments also comes with washer/dryer. Some rooms features private balconies, views of the resort pool, park-lands the iconic Swan River, are available on request and subject to availability and are unable to be guaranteed. The Hotel provides its guests with a myriad of leisure activities including a heated swimming pool, sauna and fitness center. A relaxed dining experience can be enjoyed with the contemporary cuisine and friendly service of the Waterwall Restaurant & Bar. Open daily for Buffet Breakfast, a la carte Lunch & Dinner and weekend High Tea.

The Old Mill in South Perth is one of Perth’s best known landmarks. Built in 1835 and operating until 1859, the mill produced 680kg of flour per day at its peak. Since ceasing production, the mill has been used as a hotel, a residence, a wine saloon and a poultry farm. In 1992, the Old Mill was granted to the City of South Perth to commemorate the centenary of the founding of Local Government in South Perth (1892). The stone buildings and site were repaired and upgraded and were then vested in the National Trust.

A booking may be cancelled up to 24hrs (for individual bookings up to 9 rooms) prior to arrival date.
