Whether you are planning a meeting, seminar, conference or a corporate retreat our pillar-less function center can be tailored to suit. There’s also the flexibility to divide it into three independent rooms.

The SURVEYORS ROOMS, the name given to our pillar-less function center, features floor to ceiling glass for uninterrupted views to the Swan River. The adjoining exclusive outdoor deck and foyer overlooking the lawns are well suited for pre-event guest arrivals and drinks and conference registration, exhibitions and catering. The venue is seamlessly suited to accommodate a wide variety of events with room set up configurations and can also be divided into three smaller independent rooms. Our LLAWN is a casual, alfresco area overlooking manicured gardens and vineyards. The Llawn features decking and lighting, perfect for any corporate social events needing a more relaxed atmosphere. Our two onsite restaurants, The HOMESTEAD BREWERY and the more luxurious WILD SWAN both boasts an exquisite menu incorporating quality local seasonal produce, Mandoon Estate offers an extraordinary culinary experience complimented by award winning wines and hand crafted boutique beers, creating a unique Western Australian experience. An eagerly awaited addition to the Mandoon Experience, the modern luxury hotel THE COLONY opened in December 2017. Featuring 32 luxury air-conditioned rooms with vineyard views and private balconies overlooking the Swan River. Equipped with LCD televisions, refrigerators and a pillow top bed complete with a private bathroom, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. Free WIFI access, iPod docking station and featured amenities including dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage, room service (during limited hours) and convenient complimentary parking bays.
