Gabbiano hotel is a complex placed in a stretch of coast among the most beautiful Ionian coasts of Salento, in Marina di Pulsano, set on guard over a large bay protected from winds, despite the opening directly on the beautiful blue sea. The site on which it stands is called “ La Fontana”. The rooms equipped with every comfort are divided in- classic, comfort and superior rooms. Hotel is an ideal venue for weddings, birthday parties, banquets, corporate events and meetings. The Moresca hall, Corte hall, terrace, park garden and 2 meeting rooms Micenea hall and Patio hall are available for your special occasions.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
