To ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all our guests and event organizers, the following facility restrictions apply at AC Hotel Punta Cana: *General Use: No smoking in indoor areas (in compliance with Dominican Republic law and Marriott policy). No open flames or pyrotechnics without prior written approval and fire safety permits. Outside food and beverage is not permitted in meeting spaces or public areas. Loud music or amplified sound is restricted after 10:00 PM in outdoor areas. *Décor & Setup: No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls, ceilings, or floors without approval. All décor installations must be pre-approved by the Events or Engineering team. Heavy equipment or structures (e.g., booths or stages) must be approved and may require protective flooring. *Audio/Visual & Power: Use of outside AV providers must be coordinated with the Events team in advance. High electrical consumption setups may require additional charges or permits. *Capacity & Safety: Room capacity limits must be respected at all times as per fire safety regulations. Emergency exits and hallways must remain clear of obstructions. *Deliveries & Storage: Deliveries must be scheduled in advance and clearly labeled. Storage space is limited and must be arranged ahead of time.
