Hotel Ambra is the one to choose from among all the hotels in Venice and the province also for its strategic location. In fact, it is centrally located in an area surrounded by several centers of historical/cultural, tourism, natural and commercial interest. The Hotel is located 2 km from the Quarto d'Altino exit from the A4 toll road and is close to the industrial and commercial area. Hotel Ambra provides its guests with a total of 36 rooms, all large, airy and comfortable and equipped with every comfort. The Hotel also provides its guests with a meeting room for small work meetings of up to 15 persons.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
