Relais Vignale is situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, halfway between Florence and Siena. The hotel dates back to the 17th century and has been carefully and tastefully restored, maintaining the atmosphere and charm of an elegant country manor house, whilst incorporating all the services and facilities one would expect to find in a four star hotel. The 42 rooms are divided between classic doubles, deluxe doubles, junior suite and suites. All of the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, each one unique and furnished with period furniture. The lounges have the comfortable personal ambiance of a country manor house and offer WI-FI access. There is a Bar Lounge, Library Lounge and TV lounge.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
