Any additional or later cancellation of Hotel Services shall entitle us to receive your payment of a compensation amount equal to (XX%) of the delegate fees and charges initially contracted. If it has been agreed that you can cancel without incurring costs within a defined period, we are also entitled to cancel the Agreement within this period without any obligation to you.
