1. Full Cancellation A full cancellation includes: Changing the Event date and/or failure to pay deposits on time. Cancelling 40% or more of the number of rooms per night or participants per day. In such cases, cancellation fees apply as outlined below, and the Hotel may issue a revised quote for the remaining confirmed portion. If payment terms are not respected, the Hotel may request immediate payment of the balance, due within 7 working days. Failure to do so will be considered a full cancellation, and the Hotel may retain deposits and claim additional damages. Cancellation fees (based on total amount incl. Partial Cancellation A partial cancellation is any reduction in the contract (e.g., Event duration, number of rooms or participants under 40%).
