In the event of a group cancellation occurring 0 to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of ninety percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 91 to 180 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 75 percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 181 to 365 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 50 percent of the "Anticipated Room Night and Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue Figures" will be due, plus applicable taxes and service charges. Yes, Refillable Water Stations Located Throughout hotel, bamboo straws provided, Use of Tersano Cleaning products, implementing LED lights throughout hotel, no single use soaps are provided, they are large pumps.

The Marker Hotel will be undergoing a renovation either in late 2022 or 2023 where low flow toilets, showers and sinks will be installed, finalization of all LED lighting, along with several other sustainable efforts.
