Located in Santa Flavia, a marvelous costal town between Cefalu' and Palermo, Domina Zagarella Sicily hotel is right on the sea front, overlooking the marvelous natural environment of the Porticello Gulf coast. Domina Zagarella designed to be perfectly in tune with its surroundings, offers its guests an exclusive and relaxing atmosphere, an attentive and professional service. The hotel offers 324 rooms, designed to satisfy an upscale clientele, most of them with sea-view. A complex of 30 miniature villas with private entrance are located within the ground and all villas offer a splendid sea-side view. Domina Zagarella Sicily renews its long-standing reputation for the “MICE” market, with a balanced offer of meeting and break out rooms, indoor and outdoor exhibition spaces for events for up to 500 people in total for meetings, banqueting and gala dinners; in other words, maximum flexibility and expertise for our Clients needs.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
