Pet policy • Pets are allowed (dogs and cats), usually up to 2 pets per room, maximum 40 lbs (18 kg) each. • Extra fee and refundable deposit may apply. • Pets are not allowed in the pool area, gym, or restaurants. 3. Event & meeting facilities • Events must comply with noise restrictions due to the hotel’s location in a mixed financial and residential zone (Las Condes). • External catering or décor suppliers may require prior hotel approval. • Smoking, open flames, and confetti are prohibited in meeting rooms and ballroom areas. 4.
