設備の制約

We have a total of 10 sleeping rooms, 9 of which are en suites, and all available to be made up as double or twin beds. Sleeps 22 Guests in separate beds. Extra guests up to 26 €50 per person per night. For events - max 60 people.

キャンセル規定

Cancellation Policy: The 30% Booking Fee is refundable, minus a €250 administration charge, if we are able to rebook the same dates for the same price. Once the 70% Final Payment has been made, 6 weeks before the stay, the 30% Booking fee is then non-refundable, and we will only be able to offer a refund of the 70% Final Payment if we are able to rebook the same dates for the same price. In this case the 70% Final Payment and Security Deposit will be returned having deducted any money transfer costs and exchange rate fluctuation charges.

We offer a wide range of optional services to elevate your stay: - Extra beds and additional maid service on request - Pool heating to approx. 27 °C (outside June–August, weather permitting) - Private chef services for breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and BBQs - On-site activities: yoga, massage, wine tasting, paella-making classes - Equipment hire: electric and traditional bikes delivered to the villa - Guided tours and wine excursions - Convenience services: grocery shopping before arrival, airport pickups, and in-stay transportation Planning something special? With prior arrangement, we’ll help you design an unforgettable celebration in a breathtaking setting. - Guest capacity: Up to 50–60 guests (including in-house guests) Event Spaces: - Front Courtyard – perfect for welcome drinks - La Casita Lawn – an idyllic ceremony space with panoramic views - Top Terrace – host your dinner overlooking the hills and sea - Chill-Out Zone & Party Room – covered dining, party room, lounge area, bar and BBQ
