Our 5-Star hotel is an iconic landmark building (part of the Presidency complex), located within easy walking distance from the vibrant city life with numerous restaurants, bars, night clubs, cafes, shops nearby.The venue offers rooms with all the modern amenities for your comfortable stay. The venue has a fully equipped meeting rooms. Our magnificent hotel offers 250 soundproofed guest rooms, of which 105 Deluxe King rooms, 30 Deluxe Twin rooms, 94 Deluxe Suite rooms, 11 Junior Suites, 9 Executive Suites and 1 Presidential Suite. The 1,419 sq.m total ballroom and banquet space in the hotel is completed by our 3 ballrooms - Royal, Serdica, Sredetz and Rila meeting room with a total capacity of 1,140 guests.

- For any total cancellation received from contract signature to 180 days before the event, the hotel will charge 20% of the total expected revenue. - For any total cancellation received from 179 to 91 days before the event, the hotel will charge 40% of the total expected revenue. - For any total cancellation received from 90 to 31 days before the event, the hotel will charge 60% of the total expected revenue. - For any total cancellation received from 30 to 10 days before the event, the hotel will charge 80% of the total expected revenue. - For any total cancellation received - less than 10 days before the event – 100% of total expected revenue.
