AZULIK Tulum is an adults-only property (18+). Due to the unique architectural design of the resort — with villas elevated above the jungle, wooden walkways, hanging bridges, and staircases — the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or accessibility requirements. In alignment with our commitment to preserving the surrounding ecosystem and respecting the harmony of our natural environment, AZULIK is not pet-friendly. Please note: No children under 18 are allowed. Pets are not permitted, in order to safeguard the local flora and fauna. No elevators or ramps are available; access involves uneven paths, narrow walkways, and stairs. We recommend that guests be in good physical condition to fully enjoy the AZULIK experience.

Group Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. In the event of a cancellation, the following policy applies based on the number of days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival: More than 180 days before arrival: 10% of the estimated total revenue will be retained as a cancellation fee. 179 to 120 days before arrival: 30% of the estimated total revenue will be retained as a cancellation fee. 119 to 90 days before arrival: 50% of the estimated total revenue will be retained as a cancellation fee. 89 to 60 days before arrival: 70% of the estimated total revenue will be retained as a cancellation fee. 59 days or less before arrival: 100% of the estimated total revenue will be retained. No refunds will apply. Note: The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total value of the signed agreement, including rooms and contracted services. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by the hotel in order to be valid.
