Welcome to Kaskazi Beach Hotel, Diani Kaskazi Beach Hotel is a Four Star beach resort conveniently located in Kenya’s world famous South Coast on the Diani Beach line, and only a short walking distance from the main beach area. The resort has been turning moments into memories for our guests for over 20 years. The resorts magnificent architecture (modeled after 15th century Sunni Arab palaces), coupled with the ingenious use of the landscape to create cascading ocean view terraces surrounded by hanging gardens makes it a one of a kind resort in all of the East African coast line. Shopping centre, local restaurants, and banks are on the inland just a few minutes' walk away. The Resort Experience Kaskazi Beach Hotel provides unparalleled options and unique experiences to our guests, from on foot beach tours exploring surrounding beaches and venues, to onsite resort experiences including three restaurants, three bars and lounges, all day long sports and activities provided by our very versatile and dynamic entertainment team, nightly entertainment, a kid’s club, and so much more. MICE – Meetings, Incentives, and Conferencing & Exhibitions: The hotel is widely known for hosting big conferences, boasting 700 seater, unique venue which has to be seen to be believed. It was inaugurated by the President of Kenya, His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta, on 15th Aug 2014. Other Activities For sightseers and adventurers alike, guests will have ample “must do” activities such as swimming with wild dolphins at our neighboring Wasini Island, visiting the ancient port city of Mombasa (Old Town) where one is taken back to a time long lost as the charming city retells its history through its ancient buildings, tiny streets laden with colourful shop fronts and restaurants, and of course, the famous remains of Fort Jesus. For those who want to explore the Diani Beach night life, take one of our resort’s taxi cabs to the famous Ali Barbour and The Fourty Thieves beach bar and dance club located only a five minutes drive from the resort. There you can dance under the stars and directly on the white sands of Beach. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.
