Our Celebration Space can seat up to 300 guests all in the same space! The Celebration space is located on the second floor of the building, it is a large open room, with glass walls offering a wonderful view of campus. A signature Musqueum art piece frames our centre stage, pop down screens are available on both sides of the stage as well. The rental of the Celebration Space includes all the tables, chairs, set up, tear down, pre-post cleaning and basic AV (microphone, podium, access to our house sound system). For 200 guests you could host a cocktail reception and seated dinner exclusively in the Celebration space but you also have the option of renting out our lower level lobby for a pre/post cocktail reception as well With the rental of the lower level lobby your guests can exclusively use the lower level lobby, this can host up to 300 guests in a cocktail setting. The main bar could be set up on our reception desk, built in lounge area *modern classic design, signature fireplace, library lounge area and interactive media displays telling the story of UBC and alumniUBC. * Some of these displays could be re programmed to display your brands and media. The lower level lobby is available for rent from 5:00 pm onwards.
