Hotel Locanda Vivaldi was inaugurated at the end of 1999, after painstaking and long restructuring works on the building adjacent to the Church of Pieta. All 27 rooms of the hotel are decorated following the rules of the Venetian style and tradition, precious wall fabrics, curtains and drapes, oriental carpets, stuccos, gildings, Murano glass and vases, chandeliers and appliques created by glassblowing. Venetian masters enrich the rooms and make them even more welcoming when they already offer your comfort and services. Whatever your need, from an informal meeting to a small congress, from having a drink with friends to worldly occasions, the answer is here at the Locanda Vivaldi hotel.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
