Gala Room

Located on the Lower Level, the 79′ x 38′ (3,040 square feet) Gala Room can accommodate up to 270 guests in a reception setting, 220 in rounds, 240 classroom style, and 270 in theater style. This room divides into three separate rooms. All meeting rooms feature ceiling mounted LCD projectors, assisted listening system, basic telephone service and speaker phones, scalable wireless internet throughout the Convention Center, telecommunication connections, hand held and wireless microphones in every room.
