Cancellation Policy
ATTRITION We agree to allow for the release of one contracted room per night at no penalty if you make a written request for that reduction between now and 90 days prior to your arrival date. This excludes pre and post nights. FULL CANCELLATION In the event of a group cancellation occurring 0 to 60 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the full amount of the Room Revenue and Food and Beverage Revenue plus applicable taxes and service charges will be retained. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 61 to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of seventy percent of the Room Revenue and Food and Beverage Revenue, net of permitted attrition, plus applicable taxes and service charges will be retained. In the event of a group cancellation occurring 91 to 180 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent of the Room Revenue and Food and Beverage Revenue, net of permitted attrition, plus applicable taxes and service charges will be retained.
