Cancellation Policy for TEST - ABC RITHIK RESORTS 1. Cancellation Notice: Guests must provide a written cancellation notice at least 90 days prior to the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund, excluding non-refundable deposits. 2. Cancellations 60-89 Days Prior: Cancellations made between 60 to 89 days before the check-in date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the total booking amount. 3. Cancellations Less Than 60 Days: Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued. 4. Non-Refundable Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is not subject to refund under any circumstances. 5. Force Majeure Clause: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, travel restrictions, or natural disasters, TEST - ABC RITHIK RESORTS reserves the right to offer a rescheduled stay or a refund at the hotel’s discretion, based on availability and specific conditions.
