About us

The Commodore Hotel is located at the foot of the Mt. of Olives, a 15-minute walk from Jerusalem's Old City and within easy walking distance to the major historical and holy sites of the city of Jerusalem. The hotel offers 45 guest rooms with all the modern amenities for all the business and leisure travellers. The hotel is located 1.2 km away from the city center about 12 minutes walking distance and 2 minutes by bus. Bus stop no 75 is just infront of the hotel and can be used as a cheap public transport (about $1.5) to and from the city center.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
