Das HaiZhou Hotel liegt im neuen Geschäftszentrum von Haining City mit Blick auf die New Leather Town der Stadt. Es ist ein modernes Fünf-Sterne-Boutique-Business-Hotel, das neben dem Executive Center, dem Sportzentrum, dem Kulturzentrum und dem Natatorium der Stadt liegt. Das Hotel erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 50.000 m2 und verfügt über ein 17-stöckiges Hauptgebäude mit 2 Stockwerken im Untergeschoss, 3 Villen und 330 Gästezimmer/Suiten in verschiedenen Stilen, um den Bedürfnissen der Gäste aus dem In- und Ausland nach ihren unterschiedlichen Vorlieben gerecht zu werden. Das HaiZhou Hotel serviert sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Küche und bietet mehrere Restaurants für ausgewählte Gerichte aus Zhejiang und Guangdong, japanische Küche, westliche Gerichte mit feiner Farbe und Geschmack sowie eine Vielzahl von Buffets. Benannt nach „Zi Wei“, dem alten Namen der Stadt Haining, ist der Saal mit chinesischer Eleganz dekoriert, darunter 19 exquisite und luxuriöse große Aussichtskisten und 4 Bankettsäle, in denen 100 bis 800 Personen gleichzeitig Platz finden, in denen die Menschen die Landschaft im Park genießen konnten, während sie köstliche Speisen probieren.
