The newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines/Urbandale hotel features 148 quality accommodations with features that will please both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is located in the northern suburbs, just off I80/I35 and 86th Street, just 20 minutes to downtown Des Moines and Des Moines International Airport. Our business park location is minutes from three shopping malls, including the new Jordan Creek Town Center, restaurants and entertainment, and office headquarters for John Deere Credit, Rain and Hail Insurance, and Pioneer Hi-Bred International. The hotel offers 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting space located on the first floor with a separate and convenient convention entrance on the south.
