Our third restaurant in the Houston-area is located in the Baybrook Mall, a premier, high-end destination for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted proteins. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara marble Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Friendswood location also features an expansive patio for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary Bar Fogo area with lounge seating and dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging.

Additional details

We are the new owners of the historic Romack House (built in 1905 by Giles Elam Romack) at 5806 Fourth Street, previously known as ‘Cottage Charm Tea Room’. We are the most affordable small Events Venue in the Katy area, and we are the only venue located in a Katy Ancestral Home. We have made significant improvements and historic restoration to the building and the land surrounding it to make it a beautiful special ‘do-it-yourself’ Events Venue now known as ‘Cottage Charm @ The Romack House’. We have repaired and replaced many parts of the house, carefully duplicating original details, in a ‘Shabby Chic’ style. Floors have been refinished, doorways expanded, new wiring, plumbing and HVAC systems installed, and we are carefully documenting all our work. Also available is the Cottage Kitchen…a commercial kitchen/culinary incubator/shared kitchen...all new appliances.
