Wir sind die neuen Besitzer des historischen Romack House (1905 von Giles Elam Romack erbaut) in der 5806 Fourth Street, das früher als „Cottage Charm Tea Room“ bekannt war. Wir sind der günstigste Veranstaltungsort für kleine Veranstaltungen in der Gegend von Katy, und wir sind der einzige Veranstaltungsort, der sich in einem Katy Ancestral Home befindet. Wir haben das Gebäude und das umliegende Grundstück erheblich verbessert und historisch restauriert, um es zu einem wunderschönen, besonderen Veranstaltungsort zum Selbermachen zu machen, der heute als „Cottage Charm @ The Romack House“ bekannt ist. Wir haben viele Teile des Hauses repariert und ersetzt, wobei die Originaldetails sorgfältig nachgeahmt wurden, im „Shabby Chic“ -Stil. Die Fußböden wurden erneuert, die Türöffnungen erweitert, neue Verkabelungs-, Sanitär- und HLK-Systeme installiert, und wir dokumentieren alle unsere Arbeiten sorgfältig. Ebenfalls erhältlich ist die Cottage-Küche... eine gewerbliche Küche/ein kulinarischer Inkubator/eine Gemeinschaftsküche... alle neuen Geräte.
