The Punch Bowl Inn is situated in the heart of the delightfully unspoilt Lyth Valley at Crosthwaite in Cumbria, alongside the Parish Church of St Mary's. As every regular visitor to the Lake District agrees, this is the perfect British destination, as the scenery the fells and countryside, are spectacular at any time, in any weather. All 9 rooms take their names from the list of past incumbents of Crosthwaite Parish church. Each room is individually designed. Our restaurant seats a maximum of 48 people for a wedding breakfast and we cater for up to 62 people including the gallery area, and up to 100 for a buffet incorporating the bar dining area.
