The Ted Ferry Civic Center is a meeting, conference, and tradeshow venue. Over 400 lodging rooms are available within walking distance or a short shuttle ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and/or No-Shows The following cancellation policy may apply to confirmed reservations. A confirmed reservation is one in which there is a signed Use Agreement or verbal confirmation where other Tenants are denied reservations: If Tenant Cancels: Tenant Pays: 90 or more days prior to reservation date An administration fee of $50 30-89 days prior to event date 25% of room rental fee. 15-29 days prior to event date 75% of room rental fee. If event is rescheduled, the 75% fee may be reduced to a 25% rescheduling fee. 0-14 days prior to event date 100% of room rental fee. If event is rescheduled, the fee may be reduced to a 50% rescheduling fee. The Manager has authority to override a cancellation fee if there are extenuating circumstances.

The contemporary ballroom of the Ted Ferry Civic Center is 4,500 square feet of high ceilings, dormers, distinctive windows and award-winning architecture. The 1,500 square foot stage adjoins the ballroom and is complete with the latest sound and lighting technology. Private meeting areas are created using sound-insulated partitions. With quiet ease, the ballroom becomes three distinct rooms with individual sound systems and lighting controls. These features, combined with the fully equipped professional kitchen, executive boardroom, and tastefully decorated lobby, make for a totally versatile, full-service facility.
