Langkah Syabas Beach Resort nestled in the quiet idyllic town of Kampung Kinarut Laut (Village by the Sea), our beach resort offers a peaceful retreat for families, couples and singles alike. Langkah Syabas Beach Resort is located only 25 minutes from the City of Kota Kinabalu, which is also the State Capital of Sabah and 15 minutes from the new Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Langkah Syabas Beach Resort is a quaint beachfront property, which provides 25-chalet type accommodation units in the district of Kinarut Laut. Our 7 new rooms have absolute sea views. For specialized groups or events such as wedding or teambuilding functions, Langkah Syabas Beach Resort are able to cater to your specific needs with the Poolside, Garden or Beach area as your choice of venue. The resort is able to cater for functions of up to 400 people including the provision of entertainment and decorations specifically tailored to suit the budget and taste of the organizers.
