Grand Hyatt Bogota is located on one of the main avenues of the capital city, Av El Dorado (Calle 26) wich makes it very easy to get to from the International El Dorado Airport and it takes only a 10 minutes road. We reccomend to take the airport taxi company named Taxi Imperial. Find the taxi booths on international gates 5 and 6 and national gates 2 and 3. If you prefer to rent a car, go to the terminal number 1 and there you will find car rental booths. Then you can download Watsapp app or Maps and follow directions to Grand Hyatt Bogota. Take El Dorado avenue southeast direction until Cra 57 and turn right then turn right on 24A street and you will fin the hotel's entrace. Valet parking is available free of charge for all arriving hotel guests. 24 hours free parking is available for one car per room per night.

The museum houses one of Latin America's most important international art collections . In the year of 2000 , the Colombian artist Fernando Botero donated 208 art pieces, 123 of his own making and 85 of other international artists, to the Bank of the Republic. With this collection, the Botero Museum was founded in the neighborhood of La Candelaria, the historic center of Bogotá, in a colonial mansion that was acquired by the Bank of the Republic and made suitable to house the art collection by Fernando Botero himself. Since November 1, 2000, the museum has been open to the public free of charge.
