Just a short 500-meter's walk from the Estrel is the Neukölln Speicher, a one of a kind off-site location, ideal for parties and events requiring a unique and authentic setting. The 2650 sqm hall was originally built in 1923 as a warehouse for steel and now has capacity for up to 199 event guests. Its striking 10-metre-high, support-free wooden beamed ceiling gives the hall an impressive industrial flair. The historically registered Neukölln Speicher can be rented individually or in conjunction with an event taking place at the Estrel. Services such as event technology, staffing, catering, etc. can all be ordered via the neighboring Estrel Congress Center.
