OUR FACILITIES Following a multi-million pound investment, the Resort is ideally placed for major events to small boardroom meetings. Choose from 14 meeting spaces and breakout areas alongside the stunning Osprey Arena with space for up to 1150 delegates. Our 650- seat Auditorium is perfect for conferences and seminars. There is free, unlimited WiFi throughout with the option of 100 MBps bandwidth upgrade. A range of meeting and conference space is flexible with up to date AV equipment and facilities. The Resort offers over 464 bedrooms across four hotels which have been completely transformed to an exceptional standard as part of a £5million investment. In addition, there are 18 Luxury Woodland Lodges, luxury brand shopping, Spey Valley Championship Golf Course and Spa treatments are also available. Delegates will also have complimentary access to the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is also ample free and secure parking on site for all delegates. You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.
