Cancellation / Postponement Event cancellation or any postponement is subject to a penalty fee of • 10% of total service fee, if a written notification is received within 360 days prior to the first set-up date • 30% of total service fee, if a written notification is received within 300 days prior to the first set-up date • 50% of total service fee, if a written notification is received within 240 days prior to the first set-up date • 70% of total service fee, if a written notification is received within 180 days prior to the first set-up date • 100% service fee, if cancelled within 90 days prior to the first set-up day Any change(s) in space requirement with regards to postponement is considered cancellation of current booking.
