The Courtyard by Marriott Berlin City Center offers a modern and professional environment ideal for pharmaceutical meetings and events. With eleven flexible meeting rooms and two spacious foyers, we provide a versatile setting for advisory boards, investigator meetings, trainings, and multi‑day medical workshops. Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 230 people in theatre style, making it suitable for larger plenary sessions or product presentations. All rooms offer natural daylight, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning, integrated sound systems, and blackout options to ensure a comfortable, confidential, and presentation‑ready atmosphere. Our central Berlin location makes us a convenient hub for national and international attendees.

Our daily delegate rate includes the following services and can be booked at a minimum of 10 delegates: • Conference room according to the number of participants. • A selection of various tea and coffee specialties, natural flavored water and usage of the candy station in the foyer which is available one hour prior to the meeting until the end of the meeting. • Technical equipment: projector, screen and flipchart • Free WiFi • Two coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon including tea, coffee, a rich selection of snacks, fruits and pastries. • Lunch buffet or 3 course menu at Chef’s choice. • Unlimited mineral water and apple juice in the conference room and with the lunch. Organizing Pharma-Code compliant meetings at the Courtyard by Marriott Berlin City Center The Courtyard Berlin City Center is the right place for your pharma code compliant meeting. We provide specially trained staff with a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical compliance code and current German laws, to support you by planning and organizing your pharmaceutical conferences. Our staff underwent a rigorous training workshop by the FSA that introduces the FSA code and outlines its application to events for pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare businesses.
