Featuring a refined and warmly welcoming facilities and advanced technological facilities, it ensures its guests services of the highest quality and standards. Each of the hotel's 37 fully air-conditioned rooms, all featuring fast Internet connection. Be it for a briefing, meeting, workshop or convention, HC3 Hotel's conference room is the ideal venue. The space can be set up to suit any of a number of different requirements depending on function. With a capacity of from 25 to 30 participants, the room can cater to the needs of any meeting, briefing or workshop. It can also be conveniently set up as a showroom. Excellently appointed and naturally lit, it is fully fitted out with advanced audio and video systems and wireless web connection.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
