The Holiday Ippotur is located in Castelnuovo Magra, Italy. The complex is renovated from ancient fortresses perched on a wooded hillside near the historic village of Castelnuovo Magra (SP). The project guidelines were and are still the same: contact with nature, attention to environmental impact, the culture of rural life, culture, food and wine preservation and dissemination of regional identities, traditions and folklore. The Resort looks like a Renaissance court to visitors. Spread over an area of 140,000 m2 on the "Hill of the Sun" which takes its name from its privileged position at the foot of the Apuan Alps, where the view extends from Val di Magra to Viareggio and Beyond. The prolonged exposure to sunlight has fostered over the centuries, ancient settlements and agricultural terraces olive trees and vineyards. The elevated position allowed, centuries ago, a complete domination of the Valley of the Magra, today the Renaissance architecture and sweeping views are a guarantee of success for the production of unique events. It can host any corporate event and we have every technical infrastructure. Also, celebrate your wedding in the village and in particular in the Restaurant DonWivar means celebrate your happiest day, within our Castle, relying on the guaranteed quality of our cuisine and all the comforts and services of the best restaurants. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
