Pontlands Park is a family run hotel providing a unique combination of homely comfort and exceptional service. Over the years the house has been sympathetically extended and today has 35 bedrooms, comprehensive conference facilities and is a perfect venue for weddings and parties, whatever the occasion. The newly built Lounge has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere and is the perfect place for a get together for coffee or drinks, to enjoy a light lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. Set in the Essex countryside to the east of Chelmsford, Pontlands Park is conveniently located and only 15 minutes drive from the M25 and 30 minutes from Stansted or Southend Airport.

There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
