Fota Wildlife Park opened to the public on the 23rd of June 1983 and will celebrate turning 40 this summer with a programme of events, including Animal Feeding Times which have recommenced and are available daily. The programme of activities this season will be free with your admission/entry and will include wildlife talks, workshops, educational-themed weekends, and other live events. Yes, We have removed all single use plastics from guest bedrooms. We are in the pricess of removing from food and beverage outlets (Straws etc) and are activey working with suppliers on reducing the plastic packaging in the Hotel.
